Self-supporting body structure made of aluminum

Double skin with 25mm or 50mm thick panels insulated with glass wool, rock wool or poly-urethane foam

Possible choice of zinc, pre-painted, aluminum or stainless steel panel finish.

Panels are fixed by screws with special plastic body and caps to eliminate thermal bridges

Filter, fan or inspection sections are equipped with insulated access doors fitted with non-corrosive polyamide hinges, panel stops and handles to avoid any thermal bridges

Fan sections are constructed with flexible connections between the fan and panels, Belt driven fans can be easily adjusted with special belt tensioning plate made of steel.

Cooling coil is equipped with drain pain with connection for the draining pipe.

Selection of high efficiency filters are possible. All filters are installed in filter frame with good tightens by means of compression foam tape

Aluminum dampers with several types of actuators are available depending from the automation

OzonAir – A ir Handling Units

OzonAir air handling units are made to measure, in strict ompliance with the specific needs of each installation, and they offer an infinitechoice of solutions

OzonAir Air Handling units can be equipped with factory-fitted control boards, sensors pressostats frequency everything preinstalled and ready for plug and play converters or valve kits. Units can be delivered with installation.

New OzonAir units are designed for 24/7 continuous constitution, is perfectly fitted and all connection between the modules are tight so it can be avoided any microbial growth due to dust or dirt.

AHU units are insulated with fire retardant thermal insulation. The double skin panels are designed to prevent any humidity penetration.
