ACF – activated carbon odor filters

Description

OzonAir ACF have been specifically designed for kitchen extract systems and for air supply systems where air is contaminated; t

hey have been designed to collect the smoke particles filtered out of the exhaust air or supply air.

There are two types of OzonAir ACF activated carbon odor filters:

– OzonAir ACF/V rigid V filters

– OzonAir ACF/C cartridge filters

OzonAir ACF/V – Activated V carbon filters are used for wall and duct installation in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Filters absorb gaseous odors and toxic substances (such as body odors, food odors, smoke and fumes), which are often disgusting and harmful to humans, animals and plants, from the air entering supply systems.

Activated carbon filters are used in public buildings, airports, workshops, spray painting tunnels, hospitals, food and pharmaceutical industry, industrial and civil air conditioning systems. Activated carbon filters are recommended to be protected from air pollutants by using minimum pre-filtration with F7 to F9 filter.

OzonAir ACF/C – Cartridge activated carbon filters are used for duct installation in ventilation of kitchens or industrial processes. Cartridges can be filled with different type of filtrating media to remove the desired gas such as hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), acids, (HCI, SOx, NOx…), bases (NH3, amines…), VOC’s, etc. ACF/C filters can be used for:

– Volatile organic compounds (VOC) and odor,

– Corrosive gases like; Hydrogen Sulphur (H₂S), Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN),

– Acidic gases like; Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), Sulphur dioxide (SO₂), Chlorine (CI₂) and

– Acidic gases, sulphur and nitrogen compound, automobile exhaust emission gases.
